Grant of Rights

By submitting your story (the “Submission”) to Fishing The Drift, you (“Contributor”) agree to grant Fishing The Drift an exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, publish, translate, publicly display, and create derivative works from your Submission in any medium, including but not limited to print, digital, social media, and promotional materials.

Use in Coffee Table Book, Blog, and Other Commercial Publications

Contributor acknowledges and agrees that Fishing The Drift may publish the Submission on its blog and may include the Submission in a future coffee table book or other commercial publications. Contributor waives any right to compensation, royalties, or future claims related to such usage.

Attribution

Fishing The Drift may, but is not obligated to, provide Contributor attribution when publishing or using the Submission.

Original Work and Rights Clearance

Contributor represents and warrants that:

• The Submission is an original work created by the Contributor.
• The Submission does not infringe upon the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights.
• If images are included, the Contributor has obtained all necessary rights and permissions to grant Fishing The Drift the usage rights described in this agreement.

Indemnification

Contributor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Fishing The Drift, its owners, employees, affiliates, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, or legal actions arising from the use of the Submission, including but not limited to claims of copyright infringement, defamation, or privacy violations.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho and the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Idaho.

Miscellaneous

• Fishing The Drift reserves the right to edit the Submission for clarity, formatting, or length while maintaining its original intent.
• Submission does not guarantee publication.
• Contributor agrees that this Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements.

By submitting a story, the Contributor acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
