At Fishing The Drift, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, we’re here to help! Please review our return and exchange guidelines below.
Returns & Exchanges Eligibility
✅ Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
✅ Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed with original tags and packaging.
✅ Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
✅ Exchanges are subject to item availability.
Non-Returnable Items
❌ Final Sale or Clearance items.
❌ Gift cards.
❌ Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
❌ Custom or personalized orders.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Submit a Request
Email us at su*****@*************ft.com with the following details:
- Order number
- Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return/exchange
- For exchanges, specify the new item/size you’d like
Ship Your Return
Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions. Pack your item securely and send it to:

🔹 Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
🔹 Exchange Shipping: We cover shipping costs for exchanged items (one-time exchange only).
Processing & Refunds
- Once received, returns will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for funds to appear.
- For exchanges, a new tracking number will be provided once the replacement item ships.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Attach photos of the issue, and we will promptly arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
