Q: Do you ship internationally?
At this time, Fishing The Drift does not offer international shipping. We are actively exploring reliable international shipping options and hope to provide this service in the future. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to modify it. If you need additional items, please place a new order. If you need to return an item, please follow our return instructions.

Q: Do you offer discounts or promotions?
We strive to provide competitive pricing on high-quality products. Occasionally, we offer special promotions through our email newsletter, so be sure to subscribe to stay updated. We do not honor expired discounts or third-party promo codes.

Q: Can I include a gift receipt or message with my order?
We currently do not offer gift receipts or personalized messages with orders.

Q: Do you offer gift wrapping?
Gift wrapping is not available at this time.

Shipping

Q: What shipping methods do you offer?
We offer the following shipping options within the contiguous 48 U.S. states:

  • USPS Priority Mail
  • USPS First Class Mail
  • UPS Shipping Options

PO Box addresses may require USPS delivery. We currently do not offer expedited shipping for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or APO/DPO/FPO addresses.

Q: Tracking shows my package was delivered, but I don’t have it. What should I do?
Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered before they arrive. Please check around your delivery location, mailbox, or with neighbors. If your package has not arrived within 7 days of the delivery date, please contact us.

Q: Can I delay my shipment?
We are unable to delay shipments. If you are unable to receive your package, we recommend placing your order at a more convenient time.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: How do I return an item?
To start a return for U.S. orders, you will need your order reference number and shipping ZIP code. Please include your packing slip and return form in your package. If you no longer have them, include a note with your name, email, order number, and whether you prefer a refund or exchange. Keep your return tracking information for reference.

Q: Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?
For U.S. orders, exchanges are available based on inventory. If your item is unavailable, you can return it for a refund and sign up for a restock notification. International orders must be returned for a refund, and a new order must be placed.

Q: How long does it take to process a return?
Returns typically take 5-10 business days to process after arrival at our facility.

Q: I received a gift, can I return it?
Yes! Please contact us for assistance with returning or exchanging a gifted item.

Q: Can I be notified when an item is back in stock?
Yes! Sign up for restock notifications on the product page by selecting the out-of-stock size or color and clicking the “Notify Me” button.

Q: How do I unsubscribe from Fishing The Drift emails?
At the bottom of every Fishing The Drift newsletter, there is an “Unsubscribe” link. Clicking this will remove you from promotional emails, but you will still receive order confirmations and shipment notifications.
